Hot--but not screamin'

i almost didn't even try these; i'm glad i did.

The reason i almost didn't try them was the instructions: no matter what method you were going you use, the cooking surface had to be "screaming hot" which would set of fire alarms and sprinklers in my small kitchen.

But i did try them: thawed, in a medium hot skillet for 8-10 minutes flipping twice. All i can saw, without reservation: SO GOOD! Get some, and cook em like you cook any other burger, screaming hot not required!
