Preparation
Keep frozen. Cook thoroughly. Cooking instructions: 9 Mins: Stovetop. Heat 1 Tbsp. of vegetable oil in a non-stick fry pan over medium heat. Place patties in pan and cook 8-10 minutes, covered. Turn patties frequently throughout cooking process. 11 Mins: Conventional or Toaster Oven. Preheat oven to 375°F. Bake frozen saus’age patties on a non-stick baking pan for 10-12 minutes, turning halfway through cooking. 2 Mins: Microwave (1000 W). Cook two patties on a microwave safe plate for 1:30-2:00 minutes, turning halfway through cooking. Cook thoroughly to internal temperature of 165°F (minimum). Remember: Do not overcook -it’s not meat!
