I’ve been very excited to try your products, finally placed my order took longer than expected but it’s ok. Reached out and got a response days later inquiring about my order confirmation and tracking just was patient looking forward to making a special meal for the 4th of July. Finally received my order it was packaged nicely, going through and I received Bakon strips. I was extremely disappointed but I know mistakes happen, so of course I immediately reach out to speak with someone at the number listed for your business. I could never get a hold of anyone, I emailed you took a long time to get a response. I just was trying to get my items I ordered not my money back. I finally received a text message of an apology and stating I’ll receive a refund in 5-7 business days which I have yet to receive?! They said I’ll get 15% off my next order, I was not happy with that I honestly didn’t want money I wanted my order to be made right. I been waiting a long time to get the shrimp then just when I thought I would finally get them before sell out I was wrong. Thought I would receive better service but didn’t, so frustrating I’ll just stop there God Bless hopefully no one else have to experience this!
